Went prawning with shu hui and holly last sun. Feel so curious about prawning. It sounds fun and exciting. But it is actually something quite boring. Cuz you will just sit there and do nothing and wait for the prawn to eat ur bait and see your floater sink. Then you will go OOoooooo~~~ before you pull your rod, the prawn is gone. Whole day only caught 6 prawns. 2 of which were caught on the floor by shu hui. Dunno how the prawns escape to the floor but yah. We didnt catch them. 2 prawns caught by the staff over there when he was showing us how to catch. The other 2 caught by shu hui. I did catch one. But it escaped when shu hui was trying to put it in our net. So whole day $30 of prawning, I caught no prawn. =XX Dun think I'll go back prawning again. I always like to eat prawn. But I always see the dead version. Now that I saw the live version, I think prawns are disgusting. Cuz they just keep flipping and their many many legs kept wriggling like hell. I dun feel good when I eat them too becuz a moment ago, they were still kicking alive and the next moment, im eating them. No doubt they taste good but I kept having a feeling that they are wriggling inside my stomach. The guy over there quite nice also. Cuz we told him we are bbq-ing our prawns and I think 6 prawns looked a bit too pathetic. So he gave us a lot of prawns to eat. One regular uncle also told us how to wash and cook the prawns. Felt very pai seh becuz I screamed when the prawn suddenly jerk when we were washing them. Had to poke a stick through them for bbq-ing purpose. A few prawns werent even dead yet. Felt so chan ren.

Yesterday before working, I finally cannot tahan. Went to raffles place control station and asked if anybody found my book on the track. Wasnt too hopeful but !!!!!!!!! They really found my book!!!! My spongebob is back!!!!! The book is a bit black at the side and everything but other than that, it is still readable!!! I feel so happy to get them back. The book that had been ran over by trains for dunno how many times and I still can get it back. muahahaha. But I still need to buy new one for ah gong cuz the black black cannot be wipe off.

Yesterday night's dinner was a disaster. At the second dish, I already feel like dying. Worked whole morning liao and they still assigned me to serve 2 tables ALONE. Normally when I served 1 table, I already cannot catch my breath liao. Yesterday night 2 tables!! I really feel like dying. And the setting yesterday was bloody squeezy. Totally no space to walk through the tables. The guests were bloody impatient too. Kept demanding foods and drinks. After clearing the second dish (soup bowls), I decided to try and use the new method to carry my oval tray for clearing. But the new method is so tough!! I cannot balance the oval tray on my shoulder. I still prefer to carry oval tray with two hands. So I wanna switch back and rest a bit at one of the tray jet nearby. Who knows. The whole thing lost balance and PIANG~~ Everything clashed on the floor. Guests nearby all go OHHHHHH. And I feel like swearing at them. Then Taiyi came to my rescue. Told me he will handle the mess and made me go pickup my next course. But my whole mood was dampened. I felt guilty and useless. How come I cannot carry oval tray??? I can carry lazy susan and lazy susan is so heavy. How come I cannot carry oval tray properly???? =((( Wanna cry and walk home but I wun do it. Following dishes I used round tray for pickup and clearing. No confident to use oval tray le. But use round tray is so damn slow. Everything pick up one by one. Last dish dessert is individual plates. No choice had to use oval tray. I carried the tray and squeeze pass the tables and chairs. When I reached my tray jet. I know I already reached my limit. I cant carry another tray for the next table dessert. But the people there damn nice. Rameez helped me carry my next tray. So I was saved. Went home feeling so dejected until I saw richard. I think he was worse. He broke the guest's trophy into two. And we were laughing all the way at our story. Funny how such bad things seemed so funny when we talked about it. Saw Taiyi when we were taking night bus home. Taiyi said the both of us gave him heart attack. Felt so funny and sorry at the same time.

Maybe wy wun wanna come there to work after reading this post.
